If you are not happy with Nyang Denoise, you can get a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. You do not need to give a reason.

How to ask

1. Email with your order number (it is in the receipt from Paddle), or reply to the receipt email.
2. We approve the refund through our reseller Paddle.com. The money goes back to the payment method you used; how fast it arrives depends on your bank or wallet.

What happens to the license

The license key from that order is switched off. On a PC that is online the plugin stops within about a day; at the latest when its 30-day offline period ends. After that, the original sound passes through unchanged.

Free trial

You can try every feature free for 14 days before buying. The trial is offered once per PC.

Your legal rights

This policy adds to the rights you have under the consumer law of your country and the Paddle buyer refund policy; it never reduces them. Where a law or Paddle gives you a stronger right, that right applies.
