NYANG DENOISE

Terms of use and license

Last updated: 5 October 2026 (draft for legal review)

1. Who sells it

Nyang Denoise (“the software”) is made by Nyang Audio (the seller listed at the bottom of this page). Orders are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all orders and handles payment, tax and invoices. The Paddle buyer terms apply to the purchase itself.

2. Your license

  • A purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on the number of computers in your order (1 or 2), for streaming, recording and any commercial or non-commercial production.
  • You may move the license to another computer by releasing the old one in the license manager.
  • The audio you process is yours. We claim no rights to it.

3. Free trial

The 14-day trial is one per computer and has all features. When it ends, noise removal switches off and the original sound passes through.

4. Activation

Activation needs an internet connection. The software renews its license online about once a day and keeps working offline for up to 30 days. Activation sends a hashed computer identifier and the computer name you choose; see the privacy policy.

5. What you may not do

  • Share, resell or publish license keys or license files.
  • Bypass, remove or tamper with the license check. The license check is a technological protection measure; circumventing it may also violate laws such as Article 104-2 of the Korean Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. 1201 (DMCA) and Article 6 of EU Directive 2001/29/EC.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile or modify the software, except where the law allows it despite this restriction.
  • Redistribute the software or its model files.

6. Refunds

100% refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. See the refund policy.

7. Updates and support

Bug-fix updates of the same major version are free. Write to for help.

8. Open-source components

The software includes ONNX Runtime (MIT), the DPDFNet model (Apache-2.0) and the VST 3 SDK (MIT). Their notices are installed with the software. VST is a registered trademark of Steinberg Media Technologies GmbH.

9. Warranty and liability

The software is provided as it is, within the limits allowed by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as a lost recording, to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without taking away the protection of the consumer laws of the country where you live.
